Our office uses Microsoft 365 for daily communication and file storage. Outlook is for email, Teams is for chat and video calls, and OneDrive is for secure document storage. All use the same login. You can open Outlook and Teams from your computer desktop or browser; OneDrive folders automatically sync with your PC so you can save files directly. Always store clinic files in OneDrive’s “Shared” folder — not on your desktop — to ensure data is backed up and HIPAA-secure.
For faxes, we use Updox (or your assigned fax platform). You can send files securely using your work email or the web portal. Received faxes appear in your department’s shared inbox. If a fax fails, note the recipient number and time, then submit a ticket under Daily Tools.
Time tracking is done at www.opentimeclock.com. Use your assigned username and password to clock in and out. Check that your punches appear correctly. If you miss a punch or have login problems, notify your supervisor and IT support right away.
