UPDOX FAX - Creating or Activating Your Updox Account

If you’re new to Updox or missed the original invitation email, you can still create and activate your account at any time. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Updox login page. Use this link:
    UPDOX LOGIN PAGE.

  2. Select “Forgot Password.” On the login screen, choose the Forgot password option. This ensures you can set a new password even if you never activated your original invite.

  3. Enter your company email address. Type your @njnopain.com email address and submit the form. Updox will send you a password‑reset email with a temporary link.

  4. Check your inbox. Open the message from Updox and follow the instructions to set your password. Choose a strong password you can remember.

  5. Sign in. Return to the Updox login page and enter your email and new password. Once logged in, you’ll have access to your Updox inbox and fax features.

Tip: If you don’t see the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If the link expires or you encounter any issues, open an IT ticket and call the extension to request assistance.
